Aurender Introduces N100H High-Resolution Music Server

Munich HIGHEND Show, May 15, 2015 – Aurender, a leader in award-winning, high-resolution audio products, introduces the new N100H Music Server/Player, that makes managing, browsing, optimizing, collecting and enjoying your music easy and entertaining for everyone — without the typical “Audiophile Clutter” and setup hassles.

“The N100H Server/Player allows users store up to a 2TB music collection via its internal hard drive. And while its performance is audiophile-quality, you don’t have to be an IT expert to setup and enjoy the N100H,” says Harry Lee, Aurender’s Director. “It has all the qualities that an audio enthusiast seeks, but with streamlined simplicity, design, and tremendous functionality for the average user. The 2TB drive provides enough space to store all but the most extensive music libraries making the N100H the ideal solution for most music lovers.”

The N100H Server/Player accesses and plays music stored on an internal drive and also provides for storage capacity expansion via an external network-attached-storage (NAS) device or USB hard drive. The user can expand their music collection ad infinitum without worrying about the constraints of the internal drive’s capacity.

Because the N100H features Solid-State-Drive (SSD) cached playback of the 2TB internal or NAS or USB attached drives (via its 120GB SSD), both internal and external drives simply store music. When

music is selected, it’s quickly loaded into the SSD cache drive for playback. This technique not only eliminates noise, jitter and vibration, but greatly reduces wear and tear on the main storage drives.

Like other Aurender models, the N100H features a machined aluminum chassis that includes 3-inch AMOLED display that displays information such as artist name and song title or Source Level Meters in the users choice of two color schemes.

The N100H is also designed as a companion to the elegant matching machined aluminum Aurender X725 DAC/Amplifier — simply add a pair of quality stereo speakers to bring high-performance, high- resolution sound to your home, office, RV or boat, and with fewer components and cables than the typical analog system requires.

Remote Internet Support

Like all of Aurender’s Music Servers, the new N100H includes one of the industry’s most convenient features: Remote Internet Technical Support, which makes troubleshooting simple. Users can simply send a Remote Support Request via the Aurender Conductor app, and engineers will quickly diagnose and fix problems over the Internet.

The Award-Winning Aurender Conductor App

Control the N100N Server/Player with the unparalleled Aurender Conductor App for iPad (or the new Android “LiteApp). The app was designed and engineered in-house by Aurender’s software developers to perform optimally and swiftly with very large music collections in mind.

All settings and functions of the N100 can be easily accessed through the Settings menu. The playlist-based app then intuitively allows you

to view your collection by Song, Artist, Album, Genre, Composer, Conductor, or Folder. You can also filter these results by Genre, Favorites, and even by file resolution (DSD, 16/24-bit, etc.).

The Aurender Conductor App continuously receives praise among press and in the field as one of the best companion Music Management apps available, with lightning-fast browsing and searching.

Fully Integrated TIDAL Functionality
The app also provides integrated access to TIDAL, the high fidelity streaming music service that allows you to play more than 25 million full-resolution lossless music tracks directly on the N100H (TIDAL subscription required).

The N100H with 2TB internal storage and 120GB SSD for caching playback ($2,699), is available May, 2015.

NOTE: Also available is the N100, without the added 2TB internal HD , but with the 120GB SSD for caching playback. ($2,499).

Pass Labs Introduces Two New, Highly Advanced Integrated Amplifiers

International CES, Las Vegas, Jan. 6, 2015 — Pass Laboratories, Inc., an audio innovator renowned worldwide for its unique high-performance products, introduces two integrated amplifiers, the INT-60 and INT-250, at the Consumer Electronics Show 2015. Both are stunning, flexible, and powerful new members of Pass Lab’s family of music-first audiophile components.

Pass redefined the way the audiophile industry perceived integrated amplifiers five years ago when it introduced their first-ever line of integrated amplifiers, which, among other advances, reduced the amount of gain stages normally associated with integrated amps from 6–9 to a streamlined two. The amps’ unique topology proved to be the cleanest, most direct signal path possible, and the approach provided superlative audiophile performance in otherwise modest packages.

Now, Pass is improving upon those pioneering integrated amps with new iterations that are both models of electronic elegance. Based on Pass Labs’ lauded INT-30A, the 60-watt INT-60 Integrated Amplifier provides wattage with all the finesse and delicacy surpassing its predecessor, and works best with speakers of 87dB efficiency or greater.

The INT-60 builds upon the INT-30A’s legendary “You are there” soundstage, offering spectacular realism, even with difficult speaker loads such as electrostatics or planars in small systems. The INT-60 features the same power supply and output stages, along with the iconic glowing meter, as found on Pass Labs’ Point 8 amplifiers. The new model features Direct Access buttons for the four inputs on the faceplate, a digital level display, plus a Volume Control knob and Mute button. On the back are four line-level inputs, a line-level output, and two pairs of Furutech speaker binding posts.

The new INT-250 ups the wattage from the INT-150’s 150 watts to 250 watts per channel. The INT-250 is optimized for greater versatility with speaker loads of 86dB efficiency or less. Like the INT-60, the INT-250 features the same power supply and output stages, along with the iconic glowing meter, as found on Pass Labs’ Point 8 amplifiers, and features four line-level inputs, a line-level output, and two pairs of Furutech speaker binding posts. As with the INT-60, there are Direct Access buttons for the four inputs on the faceplate and a digital level display, in addition to a Volume Control knob and a Mute button.

Both the INT-60 and the INT-250 are ideal for reference systems or secondary, superior audiophile systems, and were optimized by Pass Labs’ unusually rigorous listening processes using six different sound systems to deliver exceptional musical experiences.

Their dimensions are: INT-60: 19” W x 21” D x 7-1/2” H; INT-250: 19” W x 21” D x 9” H.

The INT-60 ($9,000) and INT-250 ($12,000) can be seen together with Pass Labs’ other outstanding products at the Venetian Tower, Suite 34-209, during CES.
