Educating the End-User Markets &
Securing End-User Attendance at InfoComm
|
Besides handling all the usual PR activities such as press releases, speech writing, running the Press Room at InfoComm, etc., the Agency develop an “Editorial Alliance” concept for ICIA — where we worked closely with the editors of all the 500+ various Trade media in the Top 26 Vertical Markets targeted by InfoComm to place bylined articles with ICIA-member bylines.

After interfacing with the editors of hundreds of Trade media for these industries ["Worship" alone has four Trades on using A/V technologies] to create By-Lined Article opportunities, we recruited ICIA member “volunteers” to “write” the basic articles as best they could, and then edited & polished the pieces to be acceptable to the editors. And, make sure we make all deadlines.
SUCCESS: Vastly expanded the visibility & credibility of the ICIA & its InfoComm trade show. Significantly increased End-Users awareness of InfoComm members’ products & technologies, while encouraging them to attend the trade show.
